The Crow and Buffalo

These little guys, both 8x10s were commissions from the Brod family in Illinois. I met Don and Deb at the ISWNE conference in Rapid City, and although Deb didn't win the silent auction bid for a little buffalo similar to the one above (Bix Waltner took that one home), but she was interested in a buffalo in wax for Don.
She liked the idea of a crow as well, for her, so I came up with these two little fellows and in turn for a few dollars, she also sent me along two of her autographed novels. Pretty good trade, I'd say.
I think they turned out well.
